Reviews on Brew Pub food in San Diego, California, United States. San Diego embodies laid-back California culture, complete with a Boardwalk, surfing communities, and outstanding Mexican food. Breathe in the fresh ocean air at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, then gobble down a fresh fish taco at a La Jolla seafood joint. The naval aircrafts at the USS Midway Museum will have you standing at attention. A free Sunday concert at the Spreckels Organ Pavilion is the perfect way to unwind after a Saturday night bar-hop in the thumping Gaslamp Quarter.

The Brewery Half Door Brewing Co is a "pub" in the traditional Irish countryside sense of the word - a place where beer is made and served fresh. At one time in the recent past, every hamlet on the Emerald Isle had its own pub, its own brewer, and its own
A block or two from Petco Park Half Door Brewery is a convenient place to stop for a bite before the game. The place was packed on the Saturday that we stopped. It was one 10 breweries on the agenda that day. It was also the most disappointing one of the day. The beers that I tried were uneventful. With so many breweries in the area they need to step up their beer making game.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We value all feedback and take all of it into consideration. Hoping you can give us another try in the future!

One of the larger and older California craft breweries. The smaller downtown Columbia St location has been at this spot for many years but now there are numerous other craft breweries in the Columbia/Kettner/India district. Karl Straus is worth a visit for it's friendly staff, good beer and nice food. Somewhat smallish streetside patio seating is available. Be aware they add another 3% surchage fee on top of the local tax.Thank you for the feedback and for being a fan of Karl! Cheers!

La Jolla Shores Local Hangout. Delicious Food and Drinks. 250 Steps of one of San Diego's most popular beaches- La Jolla Shores. Outdoor Patio Vibe. Daily Happy Hour. Kid Friendly. Leashed Dog Friendly. Local San Diego Craft Beer. $4 Mexican Beer Special
We landed with starving teens and went immediately info town looking for food. La Jolla Shores is an adorable surfing area with uber casual shops and restaurants. This was place fits right in!The casual menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Our group ordered salad, avocado toast and burgers. Everyone was pleased. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. We will go back.
