After my massage on Ho Nghinh street I saw this majestic looking new building which turned out to be Brilliant hotel and seafood restaurant on street level. Its outdoor seating and clean appearance got my attention and on entering saw their wall-to-wall array of fish/shellfish display tanks. Staff were attentive and spoke decent English so that helped, though a bit over-zealous always within 2 foot ready to pick up soiled dishes from my table. I have nothing to say about the great food I had for dinner, wishing only that I had a party of 6 people in order to indulge in a wider variety of live delicacies from the seas. Highly recommended!! I can only comment on our experience of Viet Food and I have to say that we were not disappointed.We went in the evening and a few tables were occupied but we got a really decent place beside the fish pond.I love the way they have set this restaurant up and if you do not look outside,you would think you were somewhere else.The food we ordered(Chicken for Jen & Pork for me)was delicious and I would have no hesitation in recommending for fellow travellers because of the value and setting of it.I have only given 4 stars because it was not full but have absolutely no complaints on our visitXin chà o Peter E!First and Foremost, Please receive our deep thanks about your beautiful feedback for us. The food here is excellent. I had the bbq crispy pork belly and fried baby squid with fish sauce. Prepared very nice. Service is ok, nothing great. Staff could pay a little more attention to details, such as clearing dirty plates, suggesting dishes, and refilling ice to soft drinks. The atmosphere is nice; however, the floor is dirty so it kind of ruined the nice feel of the restaurant. I definitely would come back and hopefully i will have a better experience
