My wife and I went tonight last minute because it was close and hadnât been before. We started of with the chicken bomb a bbq chicken with jalapeño in the center was fantastic. Had a great draft beer selection. I had a pulled pork sandwich, really the best I have ever had. Not too much sauce and great smoked pork flavor.my wife had the salmon burger which was mediocre according to her. Good large salad accompanied the burger. Over all great value and great smoked and BBQ food.

First time at a Korean BBQ house. All you can eat dinner priced at $29.95 per person without drinks. Fun, casual and interactive - this is a enjoyable spot for a few friends. Found their seafood options messy, as shrimp is served whole and unpeeled. Looks really cool, but once cooked on your BBQ grill in the middle of your table, you cave to de-head and peel hot grilled shrimp by hand. Obviously, shrimp were not deveined.Stick to the beef and pork cuts.

I know some people take their BBQ pretty seriously and chains don't always have the best reputation, but we were impressed with the food here. The brisket was fork tender and the pulled pork was delicious. You have your choice of sauces and you apply them yourselves so you will always have the right amount. The sides were also really good. I love fried okra, but it is rare to find, so was happy to see it on the menu. I paired that with the jalapeno beans and found both flavorful. My wife went with the green beans and we were both surprised to see that they were the flat pod-type (if that makes sense) instead of the usual from the can style. Finally, something the kids will love, there is a frosty machine for a free dessert. And, speaking of kids, their meals are free on Sundays.

I thought both of the L&L locations in Reno went belly up, so I was pleasantly surprised to see one survived.Although their menu includes burgers, fish sandwiches and other rather ubiquitous offerings, the main reason for going here is the Hawaiian Plate Lunch. With a scoop, or two, of rice, macaroni salad and some of the best pork around, the Kalua Pork w/Cabbage combo is terrific. They also have, of course, the other Hawaiian staple -- Spam. Throw in some Lumpia (essentially a Filipino taquito) and you have a little of everything to choose from. Cripes, they even have an Atkins plate (Hawaiian BBQ Beef, Short Ribs, Chicken and 2 Eggs)!
