Fantastically located restaurant in the picture postcard village of Castelnou, in the shadows of the chateau and overlooking the valley.Lunch here on sunny (but windy!) afternoon.The food was modest, not exceptional in any way. Service was fine. Prices reasonable.Would recommend for the location alone.

Ont s'est régalé avec un large choix de brochettes et frites maison super qualité des produits proposés , service rapide et super sauce au byrrh poivré.Par contre dur à trouver car caché ....donc mettre le gps c'est mieux !

Chato and Emilie own and run a lovely restaurant which is very good value and very popular lunchtimes and evenings. The Food is very good and they have lovely wines and the house wine is lovely. You have a choice of sitting inside or outside and they even have bar area if you want to enjoy a beer before you sit down to dinner. The garden is lovely also and great for kids as well. We often sit and enjoy a beer or wine in the sunshine in their garden. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Been going there since they opened and have never had any problems. The Toilets are amazing and clean, the décor is lovely and you can see the Chefs preparing the food in the spotless kitchen,

Le lieu est agréable, l'ambiance sympathique.Nous y retournerons avec la famille.Le menu est savoureux : escalibada ou gaspacho (petit bémol pour le lard dans le gaspacho) le cochon ou le poisson cuit dans une feuille de vigne bio (heureusement par les temps qui courent) dessert bras de vénus ou padoa (flan)
