Reviews on Barbecue food in Swanage, England, United Kingdom. Swanage was a popular seaside resort in Victorian times, and families today continue to enjoy its shallow, calm beach. The recently restored Swanage Pier is a popular spot for fishing. Diving trips and boat tours also depart from here. Don’t miss a trip through the local countryside on the Swanage Steam Railway.

Welcome to the Braai, Award-Winning Nouveau Southern African Dining. Bringing African food to Ashley Cross in a stylish yet traditional way using traditional cooking methods, wrapped up with first class dining service, striking design and an accessible, v
We had a really good evening at Zim Braai last Friday. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, but soon filled up and the atmosphere was lively. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. I wish we could remember the name of our server as he was so good (his first night back after being away for a while). The food was very good and we were delighted to see Mahi Mahi on the menu; it didn't disappoint.Would definitely recommend and will be back.Thank you for your review, much appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. All the bestTEAM ZIM

Swanage Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Swanage
BBQâd Homemade Street Food Sandwiches. Fresh out of our shed in The Crows Nest garden. More than a sandwich.
If you are in Swanage donât miss the opportunity to visit The Sandwich Shed tucked away behind The Crows Nest pub. Nestled in a sheltered garden, The Sandwich Shed offers some amazing fillings in breads baked by the chef. A personal favourite was the duck with plums and hoi sin sauce and crispy seaweed - it was like a Chinese banquet in bread! My partner had the chicken fajitas- again in bread but equally delicious. Fries and homemade coleslaw are optional extras - which of course, we opted for. The menu changes regularly but we were delighted to find they now open for breakfast in bread too!! Give it a try. I am sure you will enjoy.
