I have been to OMC three times. It's a fun restaurant with a great little outdoor patio. You are served pork rinds to test out their four different types of bbq sauce. I have ordered their smoked chicken quesadillas twice and they were excellent. However, the last time I was there, I decided to try their smoked chicken tacos and they were awful. I believe the chicken must have been microwaved too long and the meat was really dry. Anyway, I will go back and try it again but just won't order the chicken tacos. Later afternoon lunches there are nice .... no crowds but the evenings get pretty busy.

I went with my boyfriend last night. The server last night was attentive but what was his name? We ordered bacon wrapped scallops for an appetizer. I got a salad with my meal with 2 tasty buns. I but not enough for the table (?). I ordered ribs and my date the ayce fish. He was impressed. My ribs were tough. Not the best for a expensive meal. I reheated mine so much better at home today. No offer for dessert. Just an eh visit.

Definitely a diver bar. There are only 4 tables and a bar. All high stools for seating. The 3 men at the next table were swearing every other word and were loud. Our food took a crazy long time to show up. The only other people in the place were employees and their friends. One of the employees cranked up some music (very loud) from the juke box. So, the guys at the next table got even louder. I ordered the brisket. It was a sandwich, which it didn't say on the specials board. The brisket was half fat. The sauce is good. The fries were excellent. My husband had the ribs. He was not impressed. I ordered a fuzzy navel with a splash of cranberry. It came without the cranberry. Bartender, who was also our waitress, didn't know how to make a fuzzy navel and was arguing with another employee about it. I couldn't wait to leave because of the atmosphere and I won't be going back because of the food.

When ever we are in Duluth we always stop at Famous Dave's. They great you with a friendly smile and make you feel welcome. We bring our grandkids--they love the food also. Especially the loaded baked potato. We order several things plopp them down in the middle of the table and everyone shares. Can't wait to go back to Duluth.
