The wife and I tried Sam's Three Little Pigs Bar-B-Q based on a recommendation for "Hogfatt's" which is no longer at this location, but we were not disappointed in the new BBQ incarnation at this location.I got the Chopped Pork Plate with slaw and potato salad. The waitress recommended their "secret sauce" as the favorite, and I liked its sweet smoky taste. The chopped pork was moist and the BBQ part of the meal was pleasurable. I also liked the slaw which was a bit on the sweet side. It was rather wet, my wife noted. I also liked the potato salad.The sit-down service was very attentive, and the food was served almost immediately. There were a few funny signs on the walls.So we decided that we'd come back again, although it is a bit out of the way.They are open Wednesday - Saturday 10:30 AM - 8 PM and seem to do a good take out business.

Food was good, but was fairly expensive. Half a rack of ribs, baked beans, fries and coke was $16.50. It is a unique place, located in an gas station. The place was packed within 15 minutes of opening. So it seems to be a happening place that is liked by many. I would go back again, but would be willing to try some other BBQ place.

Walked in not knowing what to expect as there was no one else in there. I got the full rack of ribs with 2 sides and sat down to eat it and was amazed at how good it was. Left with half a rack and I'm usually a big eater.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Tammy takes great care of her tables and keeps your drink full at all times. Everything we have tried has been wonderful it is so rare to find a place that is hitting on everything they make. I highly recommend giving them a try!
