Reviews on Barbecue food in Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia. Lusaka, the capital and largest city in Zambia, can be a confusing and chaotic place for visitors not familiar with its unplanned neighborhoods and streets. Busy stores and shopping centers line Cairo Road and the surrounding area. Nearby covered markets sell anything from souvenir figurines to spare engine parts. Just south of Lusaka is the Munda Wanga Environmental Park, which features botanic gardens, a wildlife park and sanctuary, picnic areas, swimming pools, and a relaxing terrace bar.

Had heard about this place from friends and decided to try it one Sunday afternoon. What a lovely surprise. It has a rustic looking pub vibe going on with an open plan setting and a relaxed ambiance about the place. We sat on one of the high tables and were immediately served by one of the waitresses. She was attentive and prompt with service. The menu is simple and the food came quick. It is barbecued right outside on charcoal grills. If there is anything I can complain about, its the fact that they didn't have the ingredients for my Margarita and one of our steaks was not grilled to the medium we requested. Other than that, we will be going back!
Harry's Grill is a restaurant, bar and grill located on Kafue Road and within the Sandy's Creations Resort. Harry's boasts one of the largest pools in Zambia with a bar that sits inside the pool. There is simply something for everyone: steaks, ribs, curri
2 of us had the spare ribs and potato wedges and one the quartet chicken and French fries. Both dishes were very good. Lovely spacious setting. Service was poor with an unengaging waiter. It took 15 minutes to get the bill. Loads of potential but staff need training.

The menu is not very extensive, and they rarely have wine (always beer). But the prices are cheap, and the Korean BBQ is delicious. Umm, the chili pork belly. So that is definitely what I recommend there. Bim im bap is also okay. The two waiters are nice and friendly too.
The atmosphere was perfect. The food delicious. This is a place I can come to time and again. The menu is carefully selected. While at first glance you would feel like it is limited you would soon find that it has something you would enjoy.
