This family butcher shop is a gem. The owners ensure that you get top quality service and products. Special Custom orders are no problem whatsoever. Home made meat pies and sausage rolls are amazing. Best chicken wings and bacon I have ever had. The meat selections are of excellent quality and good value. Great steaks for the BBQ. So much better than large chain groceries.

Went to restaurant as recommended by hotel we were staying at. Had fish and chips. They were good...nothing special but definitely worth eating. We were on back patio and spent most of our time swatting flies. Service not great...it was busy and waitress was run off her feet. I wouldnât rush to return

Can't believe how busy this place is, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Sometimes you have to park on the side of the highway. Food is sooo good. Wonder if they will be open during the winter. Thanks so much for your great review. We are open seasonally from Spring through Thanksgiving Weekend. We have recenlty expanded the parking area on property so hopefully no more need to park on the side of the highway.

I really wanted to like this small family run restaurant, but no matter ho hard I tried, they failed on most fronts.I ordered the Beef Brisket Sandwich. Surprisingly, It didnât come with a side dish. There was a fair amount of smoked Beef Brisket in this sandwich, but the serving I got was slightly on the fatty side. The Beef was covered with Coleslaw. The Beef was ok, as was the Coleslaw. Nothing special there. Where they failed, was they built this sandwich using a cold, dry bun. It was really disappointing. If the buns canât be fresh, at least warm/toast them. There is nothing worse than a cold dry bun for your sandwich. Toasting the bun on the grill, is a simple thing to do, but a lot of restaurants fail to do this basic thing. Since this sandwich didnât come with a side dish, I though the price was a bit high for just a Beef Brisket Sandwich. I expected more for $12.The service was very friendly and helpful. This place does need to step it up in a few areas. Right now, itâs just a pretender in the smokehouse business. Hi There,Our apologies that you have been served a cold bun and had bad experience. It must have been a one off as all of our buns are warmed up before serving to the customers. We serve standard 8 ounces of the Black Angus prime beef brisket and it does comes with a choice of your sauce as well ascoleslaw on the side. We do ask customers if they would like coleslaw on the sandwich as well as the sauce. You have mentioned that we have failed on most fronts. We would love for you to come back and learn your suggestions as we have been getting 5 star reviews on our Facebook page
