Bar de reciente apertura, con un buen servicio de camareros. Barra amplia, mesas fuera y zona de restaurante para comidas numerosas. Mahou y Estrella Galicia. Menú diario y de fin de semana, tapas y raciones, carta de vermut, y unos excelentes torreznos.

We went there yesterday afternoon for Sunday lunch. We both had the "menu degustacion". Beginning with 3 tapa size dishes, then monkfish, and a dessert. I have to say everything was so good, we may very well return again next week. The bill was very reasonable, and we agreed the food was as good, or even better than anything we have had in Madrid!

Este restaurante aporta poco para ofrecer un menú de 25â¬. Tomamos gambas, de primero, difÃciles de pelar pero buenas de sabor y atún rojo a la plancha...no sabia como atún, la verdad. Vino crianza, incluido, muy malo. Postre normales, con algunos caseros, como el flan. El local está un poco desangelado. El servicio desigual, uno de los camareros muy agradable y el otro con cara de enfadado.Solo si no hay otra opción.

It was Monday, a difficult day to find a restaurant open, but fortunately Asador La Nouba was.We were greeted by a waiter, and possibly the chef/owner, who were very friendly.The meat looked fantastic!We had wine by the glass, a Ribera del Duero, which was very nice. To eat, we tried the salad with pastel de queso manchego, Rabo de añejo and chuletas de cordero.Whilst we were waiting, we were brought three lots of tapas, which were delicious, as was all of our other dishes.We found the food to excellent in both taste and quality.We would highly recommend that you visit this restaurant if you are Guadalajara.The only minus point, was that we never noticed that the prices did not include IVA. This should be made clearer on the menu.Also, another table behind us was given chupitos, but we were not offered any.Thank you very much for your opinion sir. At Asador La Nouba we strive to offer our visitors the best quality and the best service we can. It was a real pleasure to attend and as responsible if I wanted to clarify two points. All the prices of our letter are specified with the Iva included, if in any thing I am wrong, I would ask you to send it to me to correct it.the computer program when presenting the invoice the program is presented broken down. Also apologize for not offering the shot of the house, it is a mistake of my own and I was not afraid. We look forward to having your presence on another occasion and we send a warm greeting from the whole team that formed La Nouba
