I didn't have the ribs, and neither did any of the rest of our party--so maybe they are good. But the meals we did get--four of us--were pretty bad. None of us ate more than a couple of bites of the fatty, gristly meat we were served. You can do much better in Fort Smith--and you should.

Our family has visited Colton's Steak House & Grill several times and have always been impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the service. A stand-out visit was bringing our elderly mother who has mobility and communication difficulties. The waitress was patient and respectful in taking the order and assisting. Very impressive! We'll be back!

We ate dinner here while in town and it was convenient to our hotel. There was no host when we entered during mid afternoon visit and the place was entirely empty except for one customer at the bar. We waited a short time and then a waitress told us to seat ourselves in the bar area. Our drink orders were taken promptly and menus are right on the table. We felt the 3/$10 offerings were a good choice so ordered tea, salad and grilled chicken/beans/rice and then ordered a Santa Fe Salad ($10.59). All of the food was very tasty and a good amount. I would say if you ordered an appetizer you could split the entree on the 3/$10, if they allow that. This dish wasn't spicy but the pico de gallo did have chopped jalapenos in it so a little "bite" but could order without. It is served with a bed of rice, topped with beans, then chargrilled chicken and topped with the pico. Nice presentation of all the food. The salad was a good serving and topped with fried chicken tenders. The meal was served timely and the waitress was attentive in refilling beverages. The only con was the to-go tea cup was much smaller than the glass of tea served. But we enjoyed our visit and the timing was good for us without a large crown and noise.
