We ended up at this restaurant after seeing the rating on Trip Advisor. We loved our experience. The food was excellent even though my spouse said that the "jarret d'agneau" was a little dry but the taste was amazing. I had a steak which was delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were decadent. The service was very good... a little slow but it was a Saturday night so no stress. We've learned that there are 2 reception rooms at a lower level. One can accommodate 70 people and one about a dozen. The entertainer was very good. He catered to the dancers wish list as they were older folks who loved ballroom dancing and line dancing. Our overall experience was one that we will definitely go back with friends to enjoy it again.thank you for your rating and comments ! your opinion it is very important for us we will ask the chef to do better next time to make sure the (jarret d agneau ) is not dry. also we have different entertainer friday night is more blues and jazz and Saturday its more animation and dancing night to enjoy your diner we hope to see you soon you can connect to our Facebook at (restaurant chez marts) to find out all our show and special event like valentine day dinner

I love old Terrebonne so this restaurant wins points with its location. The look is traditional pub with modern twist. Great place to have a drink with friends. The shepard's pie was great, the chicken salad was the worst I've ever tried. They were nice enough to offer me something else when my friend told the waitress I really wasn't enjoying the salad. Last winter I was there during playoff games so the place was packed and the atmosphere was great. In summer they have a nice beer garden where you can people watch on Old Terrebonne's main street.
