We visited Roosters for 3 nights in a row while staying at the Waterfront Inn, in New Liskeard while snowmobiling. I was first impressed with the manager making himself seen to all guests in the restaurant -not just their favourites by the bar! And how he interacted with each table to ensure their meal was to their liking. The wait staff was very attentive, without being pushy. The food was excellent. All 3 nightsâand each evening we tried a different meal. From the Perch, Chicken Parm, steak, ribs, quesadilla, buffalo chicken stripsâand donât forget the Caesar salad! My husband especially enjoyed the craft beer served there by Whiskey Jack! Thanks Evan! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and our stay. You wonât be disappointed! We know exactly where we will be staying & eating when we visit next! Thanks very much Loretta! I look forward to your visit next year!

Ate at Ali's for supper celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Husband and I got the pasta (me the chicken carbonara, and hubby got the cheese cappelletti with spicy sausage. Both dishes were good and the portions large. The restaurant was not full the evening we went so dining was nice and quiet. Service was good. I would definitely go back for a meal here again.

Food was ok. Pickerel tacos , fish was dry, lettuce had some bad pieces and mango salsa was just diced old mango. Really no flavour. Bison burger was fair. Fries were fresh and good. Bathrooms were disgusting for a early Sunday, obviously not cleaned. Service was good, but sad for the price of food and the poor quality.

The food was a combo of Aboriginal, English and French, and everything we tried was delicious. The service was quick and unobtrusive. Prices were reasonable, especially for these unique dishes. Dinner only. No reservations and not many seats, but a patio is coming. Highly recommended.
