Lots of staff, lacked management. She was more interested in directing staff to put plants on outdoor tables, when it was raining, and setting tables. Ended up getting my husband's coffee from the bar as staff totally ignoring customers. Dear Sally;We regret that the provided service was not ideal. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. As manager of the premises, I would like to inform you that we are going to take measure to improve it.Your words make us grow.Thank you.Best wishes,

We wanted to choose this Restaurant because of the closeness to our finca and the pics and comments from guests. The dissapointment regards a table reservation is great. I have written 2 mails - no answer after 4 Weeks. One Tel. call in which they say I have to call again a week before the date of reservation. I wrote and called because we are 10people to make sure we get a table. Finally after 4 Weeks of no reply a very arrogant reply in which I have been told that they dont reply on e-mails only via Telephone but wouldnt take a telephone reservation 4 weeks ahead??? It really seems to me that they had made already enough money 2019 and no need for further guests. So unprofessional in times where e-mail is standard.Como ya te contestamos la última vez, sólo reservamos via telefónica y en horario abierto. Siento que no le guste nuestra forma de trabajar pero llevamos más de 15 años trabajando asà y nos funciona a la perfección!Suerte!

Far off the typical tourist spots is this jewel. Lots of locals eat here. It's totally cozy, we really fell in love. The service is super friendly, despite lacking English partially. To be clear: This is no fine dining, no expensive cutlery, no fancy tablecloth or classic music. But you feel welcomed, almost at home. The food is basic, but excellent. The cocktails could use a little bit more alcohol, but can you complain at all with these prices?We spent two evenings here and were both times absolutely happy. We highly recommend this place.

Economic and easy-to-find place in Bunyola. They have complete, tasty and spectacular hamburgers served in a delicious soft bread.Variety of starters as well as some desserts including cheesecake and brownie.
