This was the second time I was here..... the first time was with a friend for a few G&T in the early afternoon. Great service, decent prices, a relaxed setting.This second time..... the Western sports bar crowd was there....slightly chubby Western guys staring at a TV screen and unexpectedly screaming at the top of their lungs.... NOT my thing, but then it's called Quy Nhon SPORTS BAR, so I shouldn't complain ;-)This time I had food. Now I understand where this place gets its ratings from. The Thai chicken curry was a bit long in the making but the wait was well worth it.... AMAZING flavours and everything FRESH. To the owner: NEVER let that cook leave ;-)I will be back..... that amazing food will bring me back .... and I still haven't checked out the roof terrace....

John and Paul Inn is not trying to be an authentic Vietnemese experience. It is just trying to provide westerners with a comfort blanket if they're feeling a little homesick. The place has a great relaxed atmosphere and live music every other night (with some incredibly talented local singers). The food is basic: burgers, pasta etc, but if you've gorged on Vietnemese food for weeks, can serve as a respite from asian cuisine. Beer is cheap as chips (well, the local lager is at 65p a bottle) and even the cocktails are cheap compared to somewhere like London or New York. Basically, John and Paul provides a little taste of home if you hail from the US the UK or Australia. Lovely waiting staff and friendly chilled atmosphere. Worth a visit.

Located on the main beach, actually on the sand. Prices are a little higher comparing with other places in Quy Nhon city - but Location Location Location ! Good atmosphere. This place is packed with Vietnamese travellers.Best to hit this place as the sun sets, as it gets quite busy, yet there is a lot of room.Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, amazing selection of music (recorded and live- 3/4 nights a week!), awesome draft beer and drink specials, friendly staff, open air seating and a stellar restaurant to boot! Couldnât imagine spending my nights in Quy Nhon anywhere else. Come by and see what all the buzz is about- you wonât be disappointed :)
