Good option if you are in the mood for Chinese while in the area. Delivery was super fast. The food was hot when we received it. Although we did not think the food was quite as flavorful as some of our favorite places, it was decent. Also, you get tons of food for the price. The lids of the containers work great for plates. You can also find some good coupons if you look. We were able to a free order of crab-meat rangoons with our order of over $30 (we were right over that at $31), which was more than enough for three adults for two meals and some leftovers even after that.

Noodles and Company used to be one of our favorite places to eat and take out but recently, the quality and service has gone downhill. The other day, we ordered two glutenfree dishes and our experience was extremely disappointing. First, the person who waited on us had no knowledge of celiac and what was glutenfree; for example, he mentioned eggs and peanuts were in the bowls we ordered. When we brought home our order, we found the dishes contaminated with elbow noodles (gluten-ous, and not just one lone elbow noodle but nearly 20 of them!!). This is unacceptable. We found the curry sauce on one dish to be watered down. A very disappointing experience.

My husband and I are particular about Chinese food. Typically, whatever town we are living in, we find one favorite Chinese restaurant. In Racine/Kenosha, Main Moon Two is definitely it for us.The portion size and quality are perfect. I like my Sweet and Sour Chicken with a chunks of green pepper, onion and pineapple, which is not on their menu. When I asked for it, the staff was more than happy to prepare just how I wanted it.We go about once a week and the staff knows just what we want. Service is so much a part of a dining experience and Main Moon Two knows how to deliver it. Like pizza, Chinese food satisfaction depends on personal taste. The negative reviews surprise me, but to each his own.

Asiana Asian Cuisine Restaurant

Unlike their neighbor, Kenosha, downtown Racine continues to struggle with innovative and quality downtown dining. Several places have recently opened, and they are trying. However, it is still stagnant and not captivating enough to keep you from going to Kenosha where the options are plentiful and easier to compare to a larger metro area. At the reco of another Racine restaurant employee, I went to Asiana. And I can’t wait to go back. Korean and Asian flavors abound. Just be prepared to be overwhelmed, albeit briefly, with the menu. Their starters section alone has over 25 items. And so many to choose from. We ended up getting 6 different items, 2 for dine-in and the other four take away. We still ended up taking away the apps we had at the bar!!! We never even delved into the mains and can’t wait to try. Instead of listing everything, just go and order and try. We enjoyed all six and had 3 more meals out of them!!!Don’t expect anything special at the bar. Just get the basics. They are not known for their beverages as my bartender couldn’t even make a gin and tonic!!! The setting is nothing special but you don’t need it with food flavors like they have!!!
