The U.S. Census Bureau lists it as the Rotonda census-designated place, with a population of 8,759 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan Statistical Area. It was developed and named Rotonda West by Cavanagh Communities Corporation, the developers of a projected but now defunct community named Rotonda in southern Martin County and northern Palm Beach County. Though the layout of Rotonda West precisely mimics World War II airfields in Florida there was not a similar airport at this location prior to development.

I ordered take out via door dash. I was pretty disappointed in their sushi selection after our friend's recommended them and had seemed to love it. Most sushi items are tempura, cream cheese, and/or, "crab" which is imitation. I opted to try something more authentic since it is a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the tom yum soup with shrimp, and the tofu lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps were enough for 4 servings (I believe) and were pretty decent, I just expected a peanut sauce, (there wasn't a menu description) instead of a soy glaze. I was displeased with my order, because it wasn't what I paid for. I ended up receiving the Tom yum soup with tofu. The management was very helpful in rectifying their mistake though and the food was really good, I just feel it's completely overpriced for the portion size.

First time there. ..for Christmas. We ordered 2 meals, I was sweet and sour chicken combo, and hubby got General Tao Chicken combo, a serving of veggies and 2 extra eggrolls as well.The eggrolls were big and looked good, but the taste was dreadful..batter tasted weird and uncooked.. The General Tsao chicken was quite good, fried rice was okay, the veggies were hot and fresh. The sweet and sour chicken batter was not cooked through, and the s/s sauce was awful.The Staff were very pleasant, but not the food.We will not be going back, ever

Weâve ordered twice. First time about 6 weeks ago and the food was exceptional. Ordered last week and not the great flavors we had 6 weeks ago. Huge portions, and we havenât given up on them. Part of the problem could be the snowbirds...weâll wait a couple months and try it again.

We just started vacationing in Boca Grande and couldnât be happier to have stumbled across this welcoming, classy gem. I could cry to have found a new favorite Asian restaurant so close to the vacation home. And I will be thinking about this teriyaki chicken until we return <3
