I had a lunch special 'grilled kurobuta(black pork) lunch set' here.It was not expensive and included unlimited salads & drinks.Salads were so fresh. Free beverages were many kinds. And there was a quality espresso, too.The meat was enough amount and tasted good. I was a bit nervous with the fire coming up after lard drips, though.They also have Korean dolsot bibimbap(yaki bibinpa) and it looked great as well.I recommend this place locating in Maruo, which is the main tourist street in Kirishima.

鹿児島では昔から黒酢造りが有名ですが、醸造元の見学や黒酢を使った料理が頂けると聞き、これまでなかなか伺うチャンスが無かった事から思い切って足を延ばしてみました。壺の中で発酵させているものの発酵の進み具合を確認するのはベテランの職人の皆さんの耳や目に頼る部分が沢山あるとの説明に伝統技術ならではのご苦労を拝察しました。雄大な桜島を眺めながらの食事は食前酢に始まり、点心に酢の良く効いた酸辣湯麵が出て来ます。お酢の酸味と辣油の辛さが程よく調和してと言いたいところですが、やはり辛さに弱い人間にとっては完食するのに一苦労でした。黒酢とレモンで作ったゼリーは絶品でした。

Has an English menu. All ramen are served with the same tomato soup base but toppings are different depending on what you order. My partner preferred the cheese ramen which was apparently greasy, my eggplant ramen was so so. If you add extra garlic, be aware, garlic breath is likely! The clams and extra serve if rice were rather small for my liking. Overall an ok experience for me and a great experience for my partner.

鹿児島出張時に移動中発見！普段は福岡で購入しているが、鹿児島の友人が買ったことがないというので50個入りを手土産に持って行くととても喜ばれた。家族が多いので小さめで数が多いのは嬉しいらしい。ここのは焼き方も丁寧に説明があるし家でも簡単にパリッとジューシーに焼けて本当に美味しい。駐車場も広くて利用しやすかった。
