This is a good Korean food truck but nothing special. I had the chicken plate with rice (and it also came with a scoop of macaroni salad and japchae). All were fine. There's plenty of seating.

This place had really friendly staff and the price is quite cheap and inexpensive. We ordered a couple of dishes and the fried rice. The fried rice was good, the other chicken and beef dish were a little salty. Overall I would eat there again.

We had to search a little for this food truck on the BYUH campus, but were rewarded with a delicious variety of items. Chicken saimin was piping hot with fresh greens and tender juicy morsels in a rich broth. Ban mi bowl piled high with veggies and pulled pork over rice, and fish tacos made with tilapia delicate and spicy. The owners told us they have a farm on the island from which many of their ingredients originate. From farm to table in a food truck, a delightful and tasty find, and great value as a bonus!
