My friend and I both ordered Jaeger Schnitzel, and it was authentic and incredibly yummy. It took me back to my gasthaus days as a GI in Germany...my favorite Bavarian meal. I will go back here if Iâm ever in the area again.

We stopped in without much planning and thought sushi and hibachi sounded good. The location is in a strip mall the inside is simple but was clean. The staff friendly although did take a few minutes to get our drink order and food order. The sushi was Paul's special it was not bad although not much on warm sushi but that was on me I ordered it. We ordered hibachi entree from the table and it was fast to come out. The food was plentiful we had leftovers, the only downside is the food didn't have much flavor a little bland really. It want bad it wasn't the best it was average. The bill for family of five 100.00 so you decide.

It seems impossible to obtain a PURE rendition of any Asian cuisine in America. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc all get lumped in together and called "Asian cuisine". Apparently no individual Asian cuisine can be allowed to stand alone as in other countries. Indian food is (usually) the sole exception. Now down to business... This restaurant offers a mix of Japanese and Korean food but management and staff seem mainly or perhaps solely Korean. The raw fish seems in good condition but maybe refrigerated too much but Kentucky is a long, long way from any ocean after all. The sushi rice was soft fresh and tender but embellished with too many non-Japanese sauces, an increasing trend in most non-Japanese countries. This is NOT a bad restaurant and you'll receive a tasty enough meal if you don't care too much about authenticity. I must add that the Miso Soup had the nicest tasting miso broth I have ever tasted and precisely because it was not authentic. So there... I just shot myself down in flames. Worth a try.

I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken lunch special which comes with Fried Rice, Soup (I ordered Egg Drop) and an Egg roll. Soup was very tasty. The rice could have been a bit fresher and the egg roll was over cooked. The chicken was unusually cut into small pieces and not the golden fried color it should be but rather dark and oily. I think it is time to change the oil in the fryer! My soft drink even seemed a bit flat. I have eaten Hunan's many times before and is usually what I base other Chinese food on but they left me disappointed this time. Staff was friendly.
