Were originally given a table upstairs next to a large group of rather rowdy guys, asked to move and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Food and cocktails were amazing and good value. Would definitely recommend and we will be back! Thanks again.

I stopped here for breakfast whilst on route to the West Country. Ordered a full breakfast and cup of tea. The breakfast arrived after a short wait. The beans were a little cold, but other than that it was ok. The breakfast was a reasonable price at £6.90, however when I received the bill I was absolutely astounded to see they charge an absolutely extortionate £3.50 for a tea for one. Surely that is a UK record for a tea bag, hot water and a small amount of milk! Borderline criminal really. Nice decor, but it would appear from other recent reviews the place is going downhill.

Went here today for my partners birthday with family. The girls serving were lovely, however the food came out lukewarm. We asked for it to be reheated but still came out the same. Portion sizes were ridiculous, prices were way too high and the managers attitude was disgusting. They did give us 3 meals free but only after we had complained continuously. Such a shame and we definitely wont be returning.

When I paid for my order with contactless payment the member of bar staff took 3 payments from me. When I soon realised from my bank statement I called up and emailed on several occasions to advise this was not the case and I wanted a refund. The manager of the bar told me he would not be able to do anything due to taxes? And then passed me along to customer services who told me there was no refund available at all without a receipt, to which I was lost for words, why would a buyer request a receipt for something they never bought and didn't know had been stolen from them in the first place. I advised that the member of staff who served me had already confirmed with the manager of Chicago rocks that there was an error with the transaction on the night and I still have received no refund. The bar has all 90s cheese music, the atmosphere is tense and there are regular fights that break out. I would not recommend this place at all! Worst bar service, bad night, not social, a complete dive.
