Uncle Henry's BBQ is a local, well attended place for really good BBQ. The whole restaurant feel is casual yet well attended by the staff. The ribs were good. i prefer a little more "smoke" profile but they were still good and the BBQ sauce was really good. It looks like Uncle Henry was a Vietnam War vet with several pictures of him on the wall. i look forward to being back to Sheridan and once again visit Uncle Henry's BBQ! Tip: be sure to check the hours of operation daily as it is not open late all days.
Sheridan Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Sheridan
Stopped here on recommendation of a stranger! We were attending a festival and asked a person sitting next to us of a good place to eat. He immediately said the "Ranch House."We were not disappointed. OMG, probably some of the best food ever. The burgers were hand patted and the ribs were to die for. We were a party of four and no one was disappointed.Kayla our server was great. Personable and attentive. Although we live about 30 minutes or so from this place, we'll be back for sure.

Our late night visit( about 7-8pm)to Hardee's was less than even average service as the order taker was less than encaged with us. The fries tasted like they had been sitting around for quite some time although our ham & cheese sandwich was really pretty good. To be totally fair--our next night visit at about the same time was a much better visit. The order taker was friendly and the fries tasted more fresher.
Visited on a Friday night and place was fairly busy. Service line moved slowly, could have used more staff. Food was average, not as good as I have had at other Subways. Staff was friendly. Area was clean, but nothing special about visit!
