We usually donât eat twice at the same restaurant, but this was an exception. The menu was somewhat limited for Mexican dishes. My wife had the rainbow trout special and fish soup and seasonal vegetables. I had chopped steak with sautéed mushrooms and onion gravyâvery flavorful! I chose chili and the vegetables as the two sides and was happy with my choice. For our second dinner there, we had grilled scallops, rainbow trout and, again, pineapple seasoned rolls and cornbread. We finished off the meal with apple pie a la mode. Everything was delicious and service was good. Interesting art work adorned the walls
