This place is located at the turnoff on HW 53 for the Bear Sanctuary. Good prices, better food. While the salad bar is a tad sparse, the meal portions are large. The fried chicken was worthy of the South, and the pork chop was perfectly done. Service is excellent and friendly- weâll be back!

Just left there. Amazingly slow service. It didnât seem to be the servers fault. We ordered a ham and cheese (ok), chicken fingers (below average), a cheese burger, and three chocolate malts. The cheeseburger look like it came from a hockey fan..thick, black and hard as a puck. It took over :45 minutes to receive our food with no explanation. There were only about 10 other people dining at the time. Totally unacceptable, especially considering the quality of the food that came out. $50 for all that..McDonalds wouldâve been a better choice. They said the beef sandwich was a good seller. They didnât have any....From the looks of the reviews, looks like they better stick to donuts over food.

Ordered chicken rice soup for lunch. Served watery and lukewarm. OK, I'm easy. At least it was flavorful and my visit was at an odd time of day. Went for dinner. Ordered a cheeseburger and beer. How hard can that be? I could give my long and frustrating story, but the bottom line is âscrew it up they did big timeâ I would not give them a third chance. To be fair, there was a full house for evening meal and some of the offerings I saw at other tables looked good.

The owners should have opened this place in Minneapolis or some other large metro area. The menu just doesn't fit their locations. It used to be a great place to pull into with your boat and have a burger or even a steak. It just doesn't fit the area.
