First visit after recommendation. Really nice choices on the menu, some unusual choices. The smashed avocado and haloumi was lush! So were all the others and sides. Cocktails were really well made tooNice atmosphere and friendly staff Definitely recommend

Ive been twice now for breakfast and have had a good experience both times! food was good, very tasty! good service, sometimes a little slow on the up take but good overall. freindly warm welcoming places resoanably priced.

We've been meaning to come here for ages and we were not disappointed. There was only one lady working when we arrived and she was busy firing up the smoker outside. She was with us sharpish though. We were seated immediately and given plenty of time to peruse the menu. My daughter and husband were both stoked that the cokes they ordered came in proper glass bottles. I asked the waitress to recommend a cocktail and she told me about the Charlie Sparkle. Very, very delish. We shared a bucket of chicken wings for starters with a cherry chipotle sauce which was mild enough for my spice intolerant husband. My husband and I both had burgers. My hubby had a pulled pork burger with a brisket patty. He said everything was tender and lovely and the waitress was appreciative when my husband told her exactly what he didn't want on his burger (i.e. salad). I had a burger with brisket patty, chilli and American sausage. Wowsers. Yum right up to the end. The fries were crispy and there weren't too many of them. Our daughter didn't want to partake in a main so instead ordered a side of sweet potato fries which she said were good. When the waitress saw that she wasn't having a main she bought her an extra serving of fries. We we too full for pudding but we did take 3 brownies home with us and they were deliciously rich. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a good little bar that used to be workshop making stuff for the local theatre in the round .now its morphed into a good little boozer ,oh happy day !handy outside area right across the road from the coroners court ,so its only a short haul for those that terminally overindulge the brews change as they are drunk so its an ever changing feast .as is de rigour nowadays they have a varied gin menu so that's me a happy chap .inside is a cosy mismatch so come rain or shine your catered for .I don't think that they serve food but I could well be wrong ,just ask .Thanks for your comments
