We felt right at home and welcomed as soon as we walked in. We have been living in New Zealand for a few months now and miss the BBQ we used to have in the US. We were very happy to find The Factory Smokehouse & Grill in Rotorua. My husband and I both got the pulled pork burger and my daughter ordered just the pulled pork meat while my son got the chicken tenders. For sides we ordered garlic bread, corn on the cob, and thick-cut chips. My kids are pretty picky and they were both very happy with all of the food we got. My hubby and I both loved the pulled pork burgers and all the sides. We enjoyed our meal very much with really friendly and attentive customer service. We actually wanted to eat here again but our time in Rotorua was fairly short so didnât get a chance.

We walked around the mount and then looked for coffee, saw this place with lots of outdoor seating and not crowded like itâs neighbours, so glad we chose Pronto! Bacon cooked exactly as asked, lovely soft poached eggs and soy flat white that should be in a coffee making competition awesome service and a relaxed way to spend time together reading, people watching and unwinding. Thanks for the great feedback.

Lone Star restaurants always feature friendly staff, but in Rotorua, where to be honest, customer service is a bit laidback and haphazard at times, Lone Star stands out. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and nothing was a bother. Shine, in particular, was attentive without being in my face, which was appreciated. The food and drink were great, and they were happy to let me take the free dessert I got for downloading the app away for me. Service was very quick, and it was all around the relaxing experience I needed for dinner on a Monday night while travelling for work. Thanks Lone Star Rotorua! Thank you very much for your kind words and review!!We appreciate your time with us and are glad we could make your night one to remember!!Thank you!
