Vineria in Lido di Camaiore. Vini, tapas e cucina a crudo di carne e pesce. Per aperitivo, cena o un diVino dopo cena.
One of it's kind in town and has been open for a year now. The place looks great and lives up to it's appearance: It is great! We ordered a charcuterie and a tasting of cheeses. Both were lavish and of very high quality, as can be expected at this price. It might take some time to figure out the wine menu but it's shows the host's love for wine. He's a true professional sommelier, so you can be sure about the quality of the wines and foods. You can also drink a variety of cocktails here and the place is open until 02:00 so you have plenty time to work through the wine menu or cocktail menu. We'll be back!

We had here our dinner at the end of a shopping day in Forte dei Marmi. We arrived about at 8.30pm on a Sunday. Despite being in october there were people dining at the outside tables. The restaurant is mostly a fish restaurant with some meat dishes and pizzas. Simple and very friendly service. Both placemats and napkins made of paper. I was with my boyfriend. He ordered mushrooms and ham pizza. I had pasta with fish sauce. With 1 draft beer, one bottle of water, two coffees and one dessert, we paid â¬37.Probably you can find some better restaurants in the nearby.

I had to think long and hard about this place. If I could - I'd give it 3.5. On the plus side, the wine list is excellent and the owner is a very amicable and friendly chap. The place has a laid-back vibe and was very relaxing - with its smooth-jazz soundtrack. Itâs just the food on our first visit was pretty bland. Not bad but we ate some staggeringly good meals in Tuscany and Assassinoâs food was a trifle safe, catering more to âinternationalâ tastes. On our second visit, (primarily, to revisit that great wine-list), we limited our food choices to the six-cheese platter and some sliced pear with Parmesan. Both were easily up to the mark and totally delicious. So much better than what we had on our first visit. As I said, the food won't disappoint you but then again, it won't stick in your memory either. On the plus side, it does represent astonishingly good value for money - especially if you select one of the three-course, set-menu options. Oh sod it...in retrospect, it is worth four stars.
