At Brasswood, we love to share our passion for food and wine and the Napa Valley lifestyle. Our concept is simple; celebrate our local bounty by making elegant wines, cooking delicious food, and creating a warm and welcoming space where guests can relax,
We did the wine cave tour and lunch tasting with wine pairing. While the wine cave tour wasn't particularly memorable, the lunch ended up being one of our favorite meals in Napa. For starters the hand pulled mozzarella was amazing! It was made right beforehand. The other dishes, pappardelle with short rib and lamb chops were equally as good. Topping off the meal was a really nice wine pairing. A great and memorable meal!

Beautiful small restaurant on Main St. My appetizer was the prosciutto. It was good. Main course was the shrimp risotto...a poem. Cooked perfectly and a good portion. My husband asked for the flourless chocolate cake. Perfect texture and flavor. Nice restaurant with a small menu. We were sitting by some locals who eat there frequently...that says a lot. This is a good choice if you want to have dinner in St. Helena.
Where to eat Bar food in St. Helena: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Located in the heart of Saint Helena on Napa Valley's Main St., The Saint is an upscale lounge with a laid back vibe. We cater to the adventurous wino who wants to travel the world via a glass of wine.
The historic bank is divided into two sections. The front (lobby area) is transformed into a very comfortable and contemporary wine bar featuring local and imported wine by the glass. Munchies, nice cheese plates are available. A great place to meet locals as well as visitors who enjoy relaxing, listening to live music (often on the weekend) or waiting for a table at one of the local restaurants. The back of the building- vault (yes the door i still there) is known as the Night Depository- the elegant tasting room for Night Wines. Reservations for Night Wine tasting are advised and can be made on the website- nightwines.com. The experience is elegant, relaxing and informative with winemaker Scott Mangelson who has been making fine wines for over 20 years. We loved his stories about the local wines and even how they survived the Napa fires.
