We tried to walk in on a Friday night but no luck, so we made a booking for Saturday night. This place is amazing! Itâs a cute little cosy place, with outdoor tables perfect for a warm evening. The lovely owner spoke a little bit of English, and was very welcoming. He was able to suggest a bottle of lovely local wine. The escargot was absolutely delicious! We also had a cheese, meat and vegetable platter, and also the smoke salmon blinis. We loved the escargot so much that we ordered a second plate, followed by 2 more glasses of wine. Great value at 60 Euros. Just make sure to book.

Excellent location, cosy ambience in the restaurant/wine bar and also on the nice patio/terrace.On a Wednesday evening in summer they had a so called BBQ menu, 3 different options. We took the "Traditional Burgundy" one, the starter was really excellent: bruschetta of jambon persilé and crème à la moutarde ... after that we had an excellent poached egg served on purée/mashed potatoes with époisses-sauce... the next dish was a let down : the boeuf bourgignon was served in a dish/cocotte with tagliatelle on top, the beef wasn't well spiced and the tagliatelle weren't hot... but definetly overcooked To finish the "tarte tatin revisitée à l'abricot&verveine" was a tiny serving and not really tasty. The service we experienced from the waitress was great: fast&friendly the young (new?) waiters "did their best"...Recommend this bar-à -vin to spend some quality time. The choice of wine by the glass was great
