R&D is my aunt & uncle's Lunch Spot of choice, and I have no complaints about joining them. The menu is extensive and the food excellent. Service is prompt and, being with regulars, actually familiar. Unless you are super hungry, order a small rather than a large, portions are generous.
Four of us went for Vietnamese food on a chilly evening. For $42, including tip, we each had an entrée as well as egg rolls and summer rolls. I'm not personally a fan of pho, but the family members with me liked theirs very much. I liked the summer rolls and spring rolls. My chicken dish (can't remember the name) was also very good. So, we were all satisfied for a very reasonable dinner tab. The service was very attentive, and the restrooms were reasonably clean. Not a fan of Vietnamese food, but I'd go back here.

This isn't the snazziest Vietnamese food we've had, but it's solid. They have a decent veggie selection, but nothing phenomenal. Their Bun Chay is decent, and the best quick lunch in town. It's clean and very well staffed. I don't know how these guys get the food out so fast, but I have never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes for my order here. Can't go wrong.
