Watamu beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world and crystal beach holds a new gem.of a restaurant called TamuLovely decor and situates overlooking the Clea blue waters, the owner, staff and highly rated chef welcomed us warmly. A tasting plate of carpaccios was prepared for us as I couldn't make up my mind. They were all delicious and so.beautifully presented. We followed with two different kinds of homemade ravioli -one cheesy Italian style & the next a Japanese fish and ginger delight. A must visit. Thank you so much for your feedback. Maua is your dream come true, i have come to this place several times but every time feels like the first time. Professional and friendly staff, exquisite dishes but what i love most is the VIEW!!!! Lovely food and service with a great pool and bar to relax around after lunch. You arrive by boat and after a climb up the steps to the restaurant the views over the creek are wonderful. The only down side was the choice of music which was just played in a look over the entire meal but that can be easily rectified. The food though was amazing. You can also stay in bubble huts which look great fun.
