We were drawn by the 2 Japanese grills and decided to be served there. The grill chef tried his best to be acrobatic and he partially succeeded but do not expect scenic levels; saying that the grilled meat & salmon were perfectly done and albeit much less exciting, the sushi rolls were also neat and tasty and the salmon sashimi seemed very fresh. The rest of the service was scattered, sloppy and needed constant reminding albeit friendly. Kind of pricey for the local average.

Bonsai is a franchise with 3 locations in Margarita although Sambil is the only one that serves alcohol. They have. They have big portions with lots of toppings on the rolls. They also have fast delivery
