Like any decent gem, this one is pricey. A fun selection of foods beyond the usual rolls, including main courses and some f the best desserts in town.

The restaurant is small with very uncomfortable wooden stools. Traffic noise is problematic and the exhaust fumes from the street are unappetizing. Definitely not a place to discuss business or carry on any semblance of conversation. The owner and waiters are friendly but an hour on the stools is torture.

We ate here tonight again, after returning from an art show opening. The food was excellent, as it always has been, and with reasonable prices.Very small restaurant on Calle Larga in Centro Cuenca. Of the 3 sushi places in town, this is easily our favorite.
