Chef Shogo Sawada creates exciting and unique flavors in modern Japanese dishes while keeping tradition close to the heart. View the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains from our dining room or outdoor patio. Our menu is entirely gluten-free. Open for Lun
My friend and I were so excited to eat this type of food. I also have been gluten free for 10 years and couldnât believe there was a gf restaurant in Canmore. It was so disappointing. The ginger beef was dry. The sushi tempura was tasteless- it just had tapioca starch in the shrimp. The salmon was dry and fair- it was over powered by a tamari sauce. The spring roll just had tamari dipping sauce, no peanut or interesting sauce to taste. What a fair meal and as one of our dinners out.

We came with a group of 8 people. We enjoyed the food. The ravens were good. Service was moderate because the waiter forgot our orders.

Everything is always fresh, lots of options to pick from immediately or order and wait a few minutes, They are friendly, efficient and options continue to be consistent.Good value though prices are creeping up over several years ago. Still good value for a healthy quick option, or a more lingering meet up with friends or colleagues. Only open from 12 Noon on, through the dinner hour.
