The dining area is perched up for great views up and down the beach. Choose between indoor or shaded outdoor seating. The server was friendly and helpful with a special request. I had the Power Salad & added tuna. Fresh, tender and delicious! A nice touch is they serve a blue bottle of chilled water so you don't have to wait for water refills. Fins is a special place with great food and located in a gorgeous setting making it a memorable experience that you'll want to have time and time again.

yesterday evening I stopped at the local outback steakhouse in venice Fl and experienced A horrific incident . ordering dinner for my wife and grand daughter who is 5.I ordered coke from the waitress who didn't look very happy to serve us ,and meanwhile there were about 5 girls standing around the hostess desk,she brought me a soda in a mug while drinking it I kept noticing wetness all over me and in my bread plate I thought it was just condensation from the glass about half way thru my drink my wife noticed there was a crack in my glass I was drinking Immediately I looked over the glass and saw two big cracks in it a whole in it and glass missing,i was shocked by this finding and started thinking did I swallow glass or something,I told our waitress who said owe this happens from the dishwasher And I will bring you a new one, she just didn't care at all what happened and especially and showed no remorse for serving a me broken glass then a young lady come over to the table and asked is everything ok,we showed her the glass and she took it and wiped the table, This is completely not acceptable to me ,after it happened and i came home I was experiencing trouble with my throght so I decided to call the restaurant and spoke to a manager who had no idea this happened to me and mean while she said the owner was also there but no one reported it,I guess the waitress was trying to cover herself or protecting the restaurant from a bad review and didn't care about what happened to me,anyway the manager said she was notifying the owner and would call back,since then she called again last night and left a message to see if I was ok,and this morning women from the cooperate office called me and left me a message,I returned her call and told her I was going to the dr,to make sure I didn't swallow glass or some other foreign item,Im back from the dr and they told me I had to go for some image testing to see that my esophagus is clear because I'm feel like theres something in my throat still I am suffering from extreme anxiety and some pain in my throat today,,, so my last words are to please make sure the glasses at the outback in venice florida are Safe to drink out of,,,,and please have a safe day,Theodore

My friend Beth and I had not been here in many months and decided to celebrate her birthday a few days early.We both started with a glass of wine, but with my meal I wanted some Hot Sake, whereas Beth preferred another glass of her Chardonnay.The shrimp we ordered was delicious, as was the broth, the salad, the vegetables, the rice, the sauces and what not....the whole experience was just a delight.I can readily recommend this place!
