Rogue is the exciting new Restaurant and Cocktail Bar on South Street! Dry Aged Beef, Locally Landed Seafood, Champagne, Gin Cocktails. We even have our own on site Gin Distillery!
Booked a table here as we had bought an 'itison' voucher for Brunch with a glass of Prosecco as we had wanted to try this place out - as passed it many times. So glad we did try it - we were were delighted with our meal, although the menu had changed since we had bought the voucher-but still loads to choose from. Both the food and service were excellent, staff are attentive, pleasant & friendly. Its been decorated lovely inside, very welcoming.Although not too busy when we were in, that wouldn't put us off returning as overall menu looks good too.Would definately recommendHi Butsy19,Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a kind review. All of us here at Rogue are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your prosecco brunch with us, especially our recently launched new menu! We are proud of the service we provide and the food we produce, so it is lovely to see our team's hard work recognised. We are all looking forward to welcoming you back into Rogue again soon.Kind regards,Rogue Team

We had lunch yesterday in the restaurant. Greeted by a young waitress and shown to a window table with fabulous views. We gave our order and asked for bread and olives to start. Twenty minutes later I asked about delay and saw her taking order into kitchen. We followed with steak frites, very tender rare slice of rump steak served with a tiny salad garnish and peppercorn sauce. Followed with ice cream and sticky toffee pudding. The food was very good indeed. House red wine is San Geovese and very good too at. £25. Our food was served by a lovely and very efficient Australian girl. She was very friendly and good at her job. Does not appear to have a restaurant manager on duty.We had previously been before and had the taster menu. Will certainly return in future too.

We have been here several times, which have always been very good. However this most recent visit was the first time Iâve had a steak. All four of us who had steaks all agreed they were cooked to perfection, and exceptionally tasty.Lamb kebabs, fillet steaks, onion rings and Eton Mess, all fantastic.Only down side was a lack of bar staff for drinks whilst waiting outside for a table.Should be rated the best restaurant in St Andrews, if a little rustic.
