We had a lovely dinner at this quaint little steakhouse. The steaks were top-notch and perfectly cooked. The hamburger was also excellent. In fact, everything we had was absolutely delicious and the service was very welcoming, attentive and friendly (which is not always the case in Germany, so "Hut ab" to Mein Steakhouse!). The weather was warm so we had our dinner in the garden with lovely views of thatched-roofed houses. The restaurant's interior is also beautifully decorated and very cosy. We recommend a visit to Mein Steakhouse and will definitely be back.

Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten ein Filet Mignon mit Pommes Allumettes mit Sauce und Chilly Butter. Der Wein war ebenfalls sehr fein. Allerdings ist eine Wartezeit von zirka 40 Minuten einfach zulange, um so mehr, es zu dieser Zeit nicht viele Gäste im Grill Restaurant hatte. Deshalb ein Punkt Abzug.

The Waitresses were poor standard, such as only carrying items one-way! We witnessed a couple who had clearly come for a romantic evening and were left with 2 large plates of Spare Rib bones (Starter) and were given their main meal without clearing the 1st course!We were only offered an initial drink, never saw the staff again until we had tried to finish our main course, I say tried because both our Steaks (Huftsteak & 250g Rump) were so under-cooked they were raw in the middle and impossible to stomach.The Steak had been cooked too hot, I used to work for a British Royal Catering supplier and my Wife is from a family who are Meat Butchers, this does not mean we are fussy, and do not usually write such reviews but I would NOT recommend the restaurant as it spoilt, what was a wonderful week of fabulous cuisine and company.The Staff need management and a simple improvement would be to teach them to look up occasionally rather than clearly as they were demonstrating, doing as little as they could due to hot weather!1 star is generous.
