After a long day at Cedar Point, my party of 11 was very hungry and we wanted some good food. We decided to go to a familiar place. Texas Roadhouse was able to sit our large party quickly and close together. They were very attentive to our rowdy bunch and gave us top-notch service. Food was delicious and delivered as ordered. The staff line danced for us and kept the atmosphere fun and uplifting. We all ate way too much and went home with full bellies!

As far as family oriented chain steakhouses go, this meets all expectations. It is not as good as some higher class steakhouses, however this is both affordable and very good. Our service was good and the restaurant itself was convenient and very nice inside. The steak was tender and juicy. The food overall was very good. Our first time to a Longhorn Steakhouse but it wonât be our last.

We were there a little after 6PM on a Sunday evening. There were only a few tables of diners. Servers were standing around talking to each other throughout the time we were there, but rarely did our server check to see if we needed anything. It took an hour to get our food. We ordered simple things, like steak and chicken. No appetizers, just the meals. They brought a different table's food to our table. When they brought our salads they didn't serve the salad to the person who ordered it. They asked: "Who didn't order blue cheese?" Is that how you properly serve food? When our entrees finally came, my steak (sirloin) was overcooked and dry. They were even very slow in refilling a beverage.While we were thinking about how bad the service is, the table next to ours asked to speak to the manager. They complained to the manager about the terrible service in a lengthy complaint about all the many things that had been wrong with the service - especially the LACK of service. We couldn't agree more!
