In the vicinity we were in several restaurants in three days that were not bad but we were not surprised. Therefore, if they do not have their home-made red wine, they are really good. The prices are high here and the service is very important, the best we got when we brought 4 kinds of salt to the table. Which I think 80% of people, if they had their eyes covered, do not know what salt they are using. But chap is a noble business. Go there just for meat, my second visit, confirmed the quality of meat and grill. Go for the fiorentina. A bit pricy.

Allâinterno del delizioso Hotel Rommisa, merita una menzione speciale il Ristorante Rommisa. Affidato alla capacità di Philipp, e allâesperienza di Walter, lo consiglio vivamente a chi si trova a passare per la Val Pusteria. Comodo da raggiungere, troverete i piatti della tradizione ma con un pizzico di innovazione e originalità che non ne alterano lâeffetto finale. Affidatevi a Helene, non sbaglierete! Ottimi vini, poi, potranno accompagnare la cena, e in questo vi consiglierà Katharina. In un ambiente semplice ma non banale, è perfetto per un momento fuori dai centri mondani, a diretto contatto con uno dei paesaggi più belli delle Dolomiti.
