Solid steakhouse not specially about the service or the food. I go occasionaly and I generally come away full and happy. Pricing is ok for what you get! It is not in my top ten of steakhouse but I would not turndown a gift card for Christmas. LOL!

Went in for Walkabout Wednesday at Outback, which is itself a great deal: sirloin or chicken, baked potato, and either a beer or soft drink for $9.99.The food was OUTSTANDING but I must comment on our server, Jayden.She was the best server I have EVER had!!Personable and very professionalThank you Jayden!!Would have given 6 stars for her service if I could!!

We had an early dinner on a Friday, so the restaurant was fairly empty. We were seated immediately at the table of our choice. Our drinks were delivered along with their signature warm bread, and we ordered our meals. Canât remember how long it took for the salads to be delivered, but they came before the appetizer that was ordered. We were halfway through our salads, when suddenly the appetizer (which we had forgotten we ordered) was hurriedly plunked on the table. Not even two minutes later, the entrées were served, forcing us to push aside the salads and the appetizers. We had to choose whether to finish our salads, or eat our entrees while they were still warm. I really like Longhorn, and have eaten at locations in Florida and New York. But this was the first time I have ever had such poorly timed service. While my filet mignon was delicious as usual, the substandard service over-shadowed it, and we left with that as our parting memory and not the meal. As one person in our party of four was finishing up her baked potato, she found the inside of the skin to have a large black mold spot. The outside of the potato showed no indication, and the restaurant could not be faulted. It tasted fine, but was just a snappy surprise. We called over the manager, and discussed the unacceptable timing of the served courses. Then we pointed out the mold on the inside of the potato skin; the manager was alarmed and apologized for both issues. We asked if it was reasonable for that party member to be comped a dessert, and the manager accommodated that request without hesitation. All said, the food was up to my expectations; the delivery was just a major disappointment. However, that is an issue that can be resolved with the kitchen and wait staff. I wouldnât have any qualms about going back again, even at this same location. Their filet mignon is phenomenal, and never disappoints.
