Da wir schon viel gutes über dieses Lokal gehört haben, waren wir nun zum ersten aber sicher nicht zum letzten mal dort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Karte verspricht schon viel, aber die Qualität die da geboten wurde war einfach sensationell. Das Rindsfillet war so zart, das man es mit dr Gabel schneiden konnte. Garstufe genau getroffen, Beilagen 1A. Man fühlt sich echt als Gast im Schützen Grill.

Wir waren in diesem Restaurant essen, wegen Mini Beiz/Dini Beiz. Es ist überall ein Wir-war, es wird wohl jede Flasche irgendwo ausgestellt, ob im Garten oder im Restaurant. Kleine Karte, hohe Preise. Taijarin mit Ragu für 29.50 oder ein Kalbkotelett für 42.--. Die Weinkarte ist gut, aber auch hier die Preise zu hoch. Beispiel Mauro Veglio Cacina Nuova für 92.00, Einkauf 24 Euro. Wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Restaurant gehen, Preis/Leistung im Keller

This is one of the best places in the Suisse-romande to have a beef tartare. There are several choices, depending on the capacity of your taste-buds to appreciate wasabi or not. The presentation, along with the service is very good. The interior decoration is also well-suited to the food on the menu. I love the real-size cow in one of the dining rooms. This restaurant is a short walk away from the main train station and is perfect for business lunches and social events/meals.Thank you so much for your detailed and positive review, which is very motivating for the whole team. And we hope to see you again very soon.
