Wildfire features classic steak and other international favourites prepared to absolute perfection. The restaurant further offers selection of fine wines from around the world.
This restaurant should be much higher on the list in Kunming. My Daughter and I shared an Angus fillet which was fantastically cooked. My wife had a couple of starters, ribs in a spicy sauce and then macaroni cheese (with some truffle) both of which were great, so all in all, thoroughly satisfied. A day lateralso had a beautiful Caesar salad as a a quick bite. Cynthia and Lisa served us extremely well. Thank you.

The food ( all we ordered) was simply great. Looking at the wine carte it is surprisingly âcheapâ ( for what it is)(we had a louis jadot / chardonnay for less than 400 rmb). At the end come the service : extremely difficult but this is most probably due to language. Our chinese is close to zero while the only English speaker staff has a terrible english ( not able to tell us what is in the seafood platter and consequently us not being able to order it ...). I guess (hope) for Chinese clients it is easier. Still very helpful ( trying their best). They called us a taxi at the end which was very helpful.

Ozzie's is a most welcomed addition to Kunming's foreign food beat, located inside the cosmopolitan Banzhuhou Street area. The burgers are as close as one can get to a 'Greasy Joe's' style-burger at a reasonable price. The ingredients match up, and, as a fellow strayan abroad, the smells and flavours of the tucker brings back beaut memories from home. The atmosphere is laid-back, friendly and has an outside balcony. A bonza spot for those who want to blow the froth off a few coldies (Coopers on the menu) or just enjoy a cheeky durry. The staff are heaps friendly and the joint offers background tunes from some of the 'Ming's finest DJs, such as funk/soul DJ, DJ DSK. A slice of home away from home and I'll be heading back for sure. Thanks to Al, Charles, Lemon and the waitresses for their hospitality.
