We have just returned from a meal out at this restaurant. We have been many times before and it is usually good but tonight was dreadful. Three of us paid for the aged steaks at £24:99. The well done one was pink we sent it back and it returned still pink the medium one was what I would describe as blue - bleeding all over the plate and totally put my son off his meal. The rare one was better cooked than the medium.TOTAL DISASTER. The acting manager came to see us she was very apologetic blaming a stand in chef. The two mains should have been deducted from our bill- but she knocked 40% off the two mains which is what people had vouchers for. Sorry beefeater but I think we part company here.

Visited on a Friday evening and the place was very busy which was a good sign. Service was quick and friendly and food was delicious. Visited for Fatherâs Day as we have drove past many times and always wanted to try it. We were definitely not disappointed! Looking around itâs just young staff to which I was thinking great but they were so helpful and polite. The food was beautiful! The streak just fell apart I really canât complain about a single thing the whole meal was beautiful and a very good potion size. Nice decor, only thing I would say needs improvement is at the moment they donât have baby changing or disable toilets.
