siamo nel cuore della tuscia,il locale si trova appena di lato alla piazza principale. simpatici gli arredi con rastrelliera di bottiglie di vino e sgabelli alti a sottolineare l'informalità . la titolare ci ha accolti facendoci scegliere il posto a sedere e ci ha sapientemente condotto attraverso pietanze e vini. abbiamo provato gli spaghetti con bottarga e zucchine saporiti e i crostoni con burrata, pancetta e pomodori secchi, una saporita combinazione di sapori. con 2 calici di vino in 2 pex abbiamo speso 29â¬. esperienza positiva, forse un po' lento il servizio

This is the kind of place which Trip Advisor gives us non-linguists and non- locals access to. The person who took my reservation call did not need a name because, said he:"you will be the only English speaker". As it turned out I wasn't, but the other guy did have the look of a regular patron ( and did order in Italian). This is not a place to dress up for, and as far as I could tell, the signature dish is the tagliata di Manzo with either tomatoes or Parmesan cheese. Now there is little that you can do to make this basic dish special, nevertheless they manage to do just that. Maybe it is the open fire, or the 80's style taverna decor (complete with portable radio). Or even possibly the broad cross section of what appeared to be local clients enjoying themselves. Well worth the trip.

La ricerca continua di nuove materie prime e ricette fa di questo agriturismo un locale assolutamente da provare!!Tutto è curato ed il cibo è di altissima qualità !!Difficile se non impossibile trovare di meglio nel raggio di parecchi chilometri!!Fidatevi di chi mastica recensioni da dieci anni e provate la cucina di questo locale!!Personalmente adoro i primi!! Ma anche la pizza è sicuramente sopra la media!!Prezzi più che onesti!!Personale educato e gentile!
