The location is great (inside Hilton) with a view of the ocean (literally on the beach). The wine menu is extensive. Well-rounded food menu, as well, with vegan and gluten free options (not too many). The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, but they could do away with the "onion straws." Those were flavorless and did not look appetizing. The flourless chocolate cake was dry. All in all, an elegant establishment, excellent staff with impeccable manners.

We eat at Outback everywhere we go. The food is consistent and the service is great. But let's talk about here on Sunday, May 19th. The place was not crowded and our waiter, God bless him, was new to this position from the grill, so we're not sure if it was him or the cooks. Something was off from the beginning as we waited for things to be brought which were constantly forgotten. My food was delicious, but my husband's steak was overcooked, replaced, then tough as nails, and it wasn't cheap! We started getting tired of asking over and over for items. The worst part was the honeymoon couple behind us who were treated poorly even by the manager. Of course, we heard it all, and although I shouldn't speak for the bride, she told my husband they had been there for 45 minutes and only received their appetizers. The waiter had more excuses to deliver until she asked for the manager. She tried to cancel the order and he refused but comped the appetizers. She had to wait another 15 minutes for the food to be bagged and brought to her table. I would have been gone way before that! So,what should have been a nice dinner as usual was ruined with constant arguing and super slow service! I missed getting out of there in time to see GoT and let me tell you, I'll never eat at this particular Outback again! Disappointed!
