Things to do in City of Industry
I've been coming here for years, primarily for the deli sandwiches. They are fantastic!! The meats are also great - yes a bit pricier than what you'd find at the supermarket, but superior quality. Keep your eyes out for sales - sale prices are competitive with big box and large chain market sales, but a better quality meat.

We went to this location for Mothers Day dinner, just hubby and I. There was quite a line of waiting people at 730 PM. We were taken in very quickly tho and seated. Our waiter was Manuel. Friendly and polite. We ordered our tea and appetizer, Blooming Onion. He brought our drinks and took our order for dinner. They no longer have the Halibut with mango sauce. They no longer have chicken and ribs combo. They no longer have scallops. What a huge disappointment that they have taken off so many things from their menu. Hubs ordered the Teriyaki Rib Eye with baked potato and Caesar salad. At Manuel's suggestion, off the menu, I ordered grilled chicken, baby back ribs and grilled shrimp with baked potato. They brought hubs salad first. After we had to ask about our blooming onion, they brought it just a few minutes before our dinner was brought. Manuel went on a break and he said Selena would be taking care of us. We had to ask for a refill on tea and a female replaced one tea. I don't know that Selena ever came to our table. The blooming onion was greasy, the onion was crunchy raw and it wasn't even warm. It was a disappointment. Dinner came and hubs rib eye was a big portion and was missing the teriyaki to it. My chicken was pretty dry, but the three bites of the baby back ribs was pretty good. The shrimp was coated with coconut and it tasted odd. Our baked potato's were good tho. Overall, it wasn't worth the price on the check. We left a 20% tip even tho we didn't receive all that great of service. Manuel came back in time to give us our check. We had to ask for refills on our tea again. We were disappointed in the blooming onion and my chicken, the overall service once we were seated, and the menu. Being Mothers Day and for the prices that they charge, they could have at least had a rose for each mother there to eat dinner. Will we go again? Probably so, but to another location I'm sure.
We came in for a late lunch around 2pm on a Saturday. Surprisingly, we were able to get a table right away and was attended to immediately. My son ordered the 8 oz top and I ordered the full rack ribs. My son liked his steak and cooked according to his dictate. He also got half of the ribs and that really made him full. The steak with the 2 sides was not enough for him even with the beers and sriracha shrimp, artichokes with spinach dip and salsa beef nachos. Maybe we were just that hungry that time and the food were delicious. Not to forget, the service was prompt and courteous. Good acoustic as we were able to chat even with a lot of customers almost to capacity. Good for family...
