We enjoyed our visit to the Grand Slam Grill. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Just average. The upside: the service was good, and my son loved his Grand Slam Burger. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Our drinks were never empty. The downside: my wife didn't enjoy the chicken salad wrap. There wasn't much seasoning on the wrap. It was pretty bland. The average: Today's special was a chicken strip sandwich with blue cheese dressing. It was okay. Not outstanding, just okay. The prices were a little higher than we would have liked. Not unreasonable, just a little high for the quality of the food.We wish the Grand Slam Grill all the best. They seem like great people, but they need to step up the quality of the restaurant.

I cannot fully express just how grateful I am to the owners and employees of this establishment. I have a wonderful wedding here! The food was out of this world delish!!! They are beyond accommodating for those picky eaters and will make a special plate for them. We had a "smore's bar" and it was beyond my expectations. It was simply amazing! They really pull out all the stops and create the most magical and enchanting event. Now, on to the B&B....This place, on a scale of 1-10 is a 30! We rented the whole house for our bridal party and it was worth every penny. The ladies that cared for us in the morning, and made us all breakfast, and treated us like family! I cannot wait to go back for an anniversary and spend the night. A giant thank you! XOXO

I honestly feel bad that Mian Rafi has to cook there. I know he is a great cook, but him being reduced to microwave and deep fryer cooking has got to be an insult. The food isn't bad, but it's not overwhelming either. And of corse it it was too expensive for the amount of food you get. You can also order form The Point menu located in another part of the same building. Spinach/artichoke baked potato tasted like they thawed a TGIF appitizer and put it on a nuked potato. The carrot cake was round and stale. Make sure you get your burgers well done, or it will come out bloody.Dear Ann B, We do apologize for the long over due response to your review. With recent management and Chef changes we are confident you will like our restaurant if you give us another shot. While Chef Rafi is no longer with the company, while employed here he was focused on The Point Restaurant. Hammer Back has a great new leadership team and menu and we encourage you to give us another shot.
