Visited QBA a total of 3 visits since opening. Sadly this visit on a Friday night left us wondering what exactly has happened ??? I'll keep this simple....The Executive chef has left the building and seemingly taken the QBA spirit and food quality with him. Appetizers poorly prepared and slow delivery. Entrees were sent back to the kitchen missing key ingredients advertized on the menu. Best part of the evening was the classic Mojito has survived the crash of the food& beverage service department. I did complain to the F&B replacement manager on duty and the food was removed from the bill without any hesitation. There is NO ENTERTAINMENT at this facility - which was one of the key points of going to QBA on a weekend evening. There is no mention of this situation upon being seated. My girlfriend and I have lived in Xiamen for 5 months and unfortunately we found this place too late before going home, so we only went there once. All what we ordered was so tasty. We felt exactly like sitting in Spain eating tapas.

It is a bar along the sea, with live music and good drinks. The monitor is good. They also offer tapas which are good. Globally the price matches the food. The beers are a bit expensive. It is a very relax place.
