My chicken tamale was very good and the guacamole was excellent. But two of the dishes our table ordered were so salty they were almost inedible. The burrito and chimichango were more rice than meat so I would not recommend either dish. Quesadillas were large and prices are good.

We wanted Cuban, but didnât want to navigate Mount Dora on a festival weekend. Yeah, Trip Advisor to the rescue. This place doesnât have many reviews, but all are laudatory. A little tricky to spot, but worth looking. The Caldo Gallego soup was excellent, as was the Ropa Vieja. The beef on the some vaca frita was dried out and overly chewy. The accompanying mofango was fine. The cafe con leche was excellent. The mango mousse was nothing special. Our server was very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. And the decor is a walk down memory lane to the eve of the revolution, as the name suggests.
