Expectations werenât really high but they managed to fall short. The food was very bland, except for the burnt taste. I thought that it might have just been my meal, but everyone at the table had the same experience. There were two redeeming qualities of my experience; the first was portion size. It may not taste good, but you sure do get a lot. The second was the service. The waitress was excellent. She was attentive, helpful and very friendly. If the food had been better tasting they would have gotten a much higher rating.
Where to eat Mexican food in Owings Mills: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Peruvian style chicken and chorizo sausage, steak carnita platter, save real salads, variety of sides, fries and other normal sides, but also yuca, and plantain, desserts flan and tres leeches. Very tasty, and nice variety of more unusual foods.
Had dinner out with friend. Have to say our waitress was more than attentive and the food fresh and delicious. Tortillas and salsa were put on the table and refilled quickly upon request. Chicken tamales and chicken tortilla soup were our starters. The tamales were homemade soft and with the right amount of chicken topped with a spicy sauce. Our friends each had taco salads which they completely finished though very large. We had huervos rancheros which came with warm fresh tortillas and refried beans. The other dish we shared was a parrillada su casa which arrived on a sizzling pan. Grilled steak shrimp chorizo tilapia served with a side or rice and beans, fresh tortilla, guacamole and sour cream. It was delicious. Took both of us to finish it, more than an ample serving so good it was difficult to stop eating it! Homemade flan and ice cream for dessert. The flan was soft and creamy and though we were already full we finished it as well. Definitely will go back!
